People are an organisation’s most important resource. Poor employees get more interview practise than successful managers. Successful recruitment is the foundation
of successful management.
Overview
No matter how good a manager/team leader/supervisor may be personally, the results are limited without the right calibre of staff. No matter how good a manager/team leader/supervisor is with the task of coaching, counselling and reviews, without the right calibre of staff the results are limited. Results affect the career of the manager/team leader/supervisor. The process of obtaining success from a team starts with the process of acquiring the right people. This is the interview and selection process.
It is not merely a matter of recruiting the highest qualified people, competitor’s staff or the best interviewee. A good interviewer finds people with the right qualification who can make the right contribution and are motivated in this environment to be successful. A good interviewer sees past good interview style and predicts behaviour.
This practical and intensive course provides participants with the skills, techniques and concepts required to be successful.
