Managers are increasingly called upon to present to groups of customers, staff, colleagues and higher management. The success of the presentation often depends more on presentation skills than the message.

Overview
In competitive situations, it is usually the quality of the presentation, not the solution proposed, that wins. Even internal presentations may be competitive. A presentation, done well, can achieve what cannot be achieved in written communication. As decision-processes increasingly involve more people, the presentation has become a preferred method of communication. A good presentation can motivate staff. A bad presentation can de-motivate. This Presentation Skills course uses advanced techniques and psychological principles in an interactive manner. Participants will learn key skills and develop their personal style.
