It is through our inclusive consultancy that we invest the time and expertise to meet, exceed and develop our relationship with you.

Our inclusive consultancy encompasses the following six steps:

• Discuss and understand your training requirements, needs and parameters
• Analysis of the background to the training thorough a series of meetings with managers and stakeholders
• Propose and modify ProSkill courses to address identified training objectives
• Create and compile a bespoke course for your specific training requirement (s)
• Deliver the training course, including pre and post course elements
• Follow-up support and review with managers and participants
