Our Approach

The ProSkill process is based on using a “multi-sensory” approach.  ProSkill courses are totally bespoke and tailored to your requirements. How we design and deliver the training is based on our philosophy and will typically follow a six stage process:

• Discuss and understand your training requirements, needs and parameters
• Analysis of the background to the training thorough a series of meetings with managers and stakeholders
• Propose and modify ProSkill courses to address identified training objectives
• Create and compile a bespoke programme for your specific training requirement (s)
• Deliver the training course, including pre and post course elements
• Follow-up support and review with managers and participants
